We enroll in courses, conferences, and various professional development activities. All this with the goal of improving the quality and outcomes of our life. We typically tackle our life needs and issues as separate components or units, when integration across our personal and professional life would lead to more powerful outcomes.
Coaching is a process that provides us with the opportunity to approach our life in a more holistic way, allowing us to explore, discover, choose and take action based on who we are and what we want to accomplish in all aspects of our life.
