Why Coaching

IT PAYS TO INVEST IN ONESELF!

Coaching helps clients set larger, better, and more rewarding goals, both personal and professional. Coaching is proven to work when the following two factors are present: 1) the client is willing to grow, and 2) there is a gap between where the client is now and where s/he wants to be.

With a coach you will be able to work towards:

  • Taking more, better and smarter actions because you set the goals you really want.

I can help you to distinguish between what you could, should, ought, and have-to want, from what you, in your heart of hearts, really want for yourself. Once you create the ideal goal, you are much more likely to naturally and consistently take actions to reach it.

  • Having a more balanced life which works well because you designed it with that intent.

This process is called establishing your personal foundation and there are only 25 steps. You will love building your foundation because you know you are worth it. You need this base if you are to be your self and get your needs met in a responsible and positive way.

  • Reaching for more, and not be consumed in the process.

As a coach I can offer you a trusted partner to work with, supporting you in reaching for more.

  • Making better decisions for yourself and your business because your focus is made more clear.

As a coach I can be a sounding board with no self-serving agenda, offer you the space for you to talk about your options with someone who can listen which often is enough to help you reach clarity. You will always get my honest, constructive views.

  • Having a lot more sustainable energy because of a more focused and intentional way of living.

When you are happy, productive and free from tolerations and problems, you are going to feel better!

I invite you to think of an aspect of your life that you would like to work on improving, changing, or addressing, for example at home, at work, or personal. It could be…

  • something urgent, compelling or exciting is at stake (a challenge, stretch goal or opportunity)
  • a gap that exists in knowledge, skills, confidence or resources
  • a desire to accelerate results
  • a lack of clarity with choices to be made
  • that work and life are out of balance, creating unwanted consequences
  • success has started to become problematic
  • core strengths need to be identified, along with how best to leverage them.
