Using a coach approach to mentoring and training, we…

- assist Project Managers in developing and promoting their ability to manage their project(s) in alignment with the contractual requirements and their company policies and procedures, and best management practices following PMI guidelines.
- provide Project Managers with an easy to understand management framework that helps facilitate a holistic end-to-end management approach.
- help develop Project Managers’ understanding of management framework and how to implement it.
- deepen Project Managers’ understanding of what it takes to manage a project effectively and successfully.
- deepen Project Managers’ understanding and appreciation of the value and impact of good management on project outcomes.
One-on-one mentoring is customized to meet the needs of the project manager and is aligned with the organization’s systems of operations and management, as well as the funders’ requirements.
Training is also provided in group format to managers and/or project teams to ensure a shared understanding of, and approach to, project management that focuses on supporting the smooth running of the projects.
